Finding a vet is the single most common question asked in every pet group in this country, and the answers are scattered across a hundred WhatsApp threads.
So let us build one list here. One vet per post, and please include:
- City and area
- Clinic or vet name
- What they are actually good at -- small animals, birds, livestock, surgery, exotics. A vet who is excellent with buffalo may not be the person for your parrot.
- Hours, especially whether there is anything open at night
- Roughly what a consultation costs
- Why you rate them -- one line
Please only post vets you have personally taken an animal to. If you have had a bad experience, say that too, factually and without abuse -- "the diagnosis was wrong and here is what happened" is useful, insults are not and will be removed.
