About PetsFactory.pk
A community for Pakistan's pet lovers
Founded in 2026, PetsFactory.pk brings Pakistan's pet owners together around one mission: better care for animals. We help people learn how to look after their pets, find adoptive homes, and reunite lost pets with their families. We are an online platform, not a walk-in pet shop.
Our mission
Many pet owners in Pakistan never get basic care guidance. Common habits, such as giving cats cow's milk (most adult cats cannot digest it) or skipping vaccinations, harm animals every day, and there is no trusted local place to learn otherwise.
PetsFactory brings pet owners together in one place to learn, ask questions and help each other: a community forum for pet care and health, free adoption listings so animals find responsible homes, and Lost & Found alerts that help reunite lost pets with their families. A wider pet marketplace brings in the everyday visitors that make the community and its alerts useful.
Our vision
A Pakistan where every pet is cared for by an informed owner, every animal that needs a home can find one, and no lost pet stays lost for long.
Who we serve
Pet owners and animal lovers across Pakistan: first-time owners who need care guidance, families looking to adopt, independent rescuers rehoming animals, and owners searching for a lost pet, who today rely on scattered social media groups and forwarded messages. Breeders, pet shops and service providers such as groomers, trainers and boarding make up the commercial side of the community.
What we offer
Community forum
Pet owners discuss care, health, feeding and training for dogs, cats, birds and livestock, with accepted answers, badges and member profiles.
Free adoption
Owners and rescuers list animals for adoption at no cost. The price is locked to free, so the section cannot be used for selling.
Lost & Found alerts
Post a lost or found pet with the area where it was last seen and an optional finder's reward, so people nearby can help.
Real-time chat
People talk inside the platform, with read receipts, blocking and reporting. Phone numbers are shown only to signed-in users.
Neighbourhood-level search
Search narrows to city, area and sub-area across Pakistan, so people see adoptions and alerts near them first.
Pet marketplace
Animals across 19 categories, pet services such as grooming, boarding and training, and pet food and accessory shops with cash-on-delivery checkout.
It all runs as a mobile-first web app that installs on a phone like a regular app and sends push notifications.
Where we are today
PetsFactory.pk went live in August 2026. The forum, marketplace and chat are in use, and the adoption and Lost & Found sections are fully built and open for listings. Coming next: a vet directory with online appointment booking, partnerships with rescuers, shelters and vets, and pet-care awareness content in English and Urdu.
Our team
PetsFactory.pk is run by a small team in Lahore covering leadership, product and engineering, and community and operations.

Listings are accountable
Ads carry a status and can be reviewed, reported, updated, sold, or removed instead of remaining as anonymous, unmanaged posts.
Contact access follows product controls
Phone reveal is authenticated, rate-limited, and audited where listing data permits it, while in-platform chat offers another contact path.
Orders have a visible lifecycle
Cash-on-delivery shop orders move through clear states for buyers and sellers, with order details kept in the account experience.
Imported listings are marked
Some marketplace listings are imported from public sources. They are kept separate in our data and are not presented as accounts their sellers created here.
Discovery reflects location
The marketplace uses Pakistan-specific city, area, and sub-area data so people can browse relevant inventory instead of a generic global feed.
