Founded in 2026, PetsFactory.pk is a Pakistan-focused technology platform for discovering pets and pet-related products, publishing listings, running shops, and completing cash-on-delivery orders. It is not a walk-in pet shop.
Built and operated as software
A mobile-first marketplace, not a walk-in pet shop
PetsFactory.pk is an owned software platform and installable Progressive Web App (PWA). It connects people and shops through marketplace tools; PetsFactory does not keep the animals shown in marketplace listings at a retail premises.
Real-time chat
Buyers and sellers can talk inside the marketplace without moving the conversation to a public listing.
Secure passcode login
Phone-based accounts include passcode, device, session, and account-recovery controls.
Shops and checkout
Shops can publish products and manage cash-on-delivery orders through the same platform.
Moderation tools
Listing review, reporting, seller controls, and status tracking support more accountable trading.
Location-aware search
Search and browse can narrow inventory by city, area, and sub-area across Pakistan.
Built on Microsoft Azure
Technology that runs the marketplace
PetsFactory.pk owns and operates its application stack. The platform is deployed through a container-based Azure architecture designed for the web app, API, data, uploads, and background marketplace work.
Azure Container Apps
Runs the web application, marketplace API, and background worker as independently deployable containers.
Azure Database for PostgreSQL
The managed Flexible Server stores marketplace accounts, listings, chats, shops, and order records.
Azure Blob Storage
Stores photos uploaded directly through PetsFactory listing and shop workflows.
Azure Container Registry
Keeps the versioned application images used by the deployment pipeline and Azure runtime.
Why the platform exists
Pet discovery is often scattered across informal posts, disconnected messages, and location names that are difficult to search. PetsFactory brings those steps into one mobile-first product: structured listings, local search, private account tools, chat, shops, checkout, and moderation.
Marketplace inventory can include listings submitted directly to PetsFactory and listings imported from public marketplace sources. Imported records are kept distinguishable in the platform data; they should not be read as proof that the original seller created a PetsFactory account themselves.
The web experience is also an installable PWA, so supported phones can add it to the home screen without relying on a separate app-store download.

Listings are accountable
Ads carry a status and can be reviewed, reported, updated, sold, or removed instead of remaining as anonymous, unmanaged posts.
Contact access follows product controls
Phone reveal is authenticated, rate-limited, and audited where listing data permits it, while in-platform chat offers another contact path.
Orders have a visible lifecycle
Cash-on-delivery shop orders move through clear states for buyers and sellers, with order details kept in the account experience.
Discovery reflects location
The marketplace uses Pakistan-specific city, area, and sub-area data so people can browse relevant inventory instead of a generic global feed.
