Desi dogs get treated as the default, the thing you take when you cannot afford a real one. Bully Kuttas get treated as a weapon.
Both reputations came from somewhere, and neither is the whole story. A desi that grew up on the street has an immune system and a set of instincts that no imported breed arrives with. A Bully Kutta raised properly is a very different animal from one raised to be dangerous.
